The statutory warranty period for the goods is 24 months.
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of the date of application.

I bought the product and it doesn't fit. Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are possible under certain circumstances. By law, private customers can opt out of the contract within 30 days of signing the purchase contract, e.g. by remote communication, through the Internet. We also do not refund shipping costs if you return the entire order.
